I got a 1500 W heater and my Microwave at

120 V 60 hz and 1.4 Kw

I have to convert something into something.

I'm going to be using CFL.

you will want to get an extendsion cord. the heater alone is going to max out 1 breaker

It's not watts that blows your breaker.
It's amps.

You have a main breaker.
Look in your panel and see if you can add another breaker to it.

Just dont do anything retarded and burn your shed down

the problem is that you are drawing too many amps from one breaker.
try to separate the two items power sources. ie: extension cord.
If that does not help you probably have those 15amp breakers and you are going to need to get a bigger breaker.
if you cannot get a bigger breaker try to get a different heater.

Buy a 15 amp breaker box and tie it in just put it somewhere convenient so u don't have to fuck up ur walls. I live in an apartment as well and I run 650w of light and idk how many fans pumps and all that on top of my heaters oven microwave and fridge all of which are almost always runnin only problem is I have to unplug the ac in the summer before the roomate can straighten or blowdry her hair. I'd save money and power by going 240v on the lighting and the like

Edit: nm ur going cfl.
