i think so, it will be close but should be a little under 13.5 amps, i think but that is considering they dont pull more than 1600 at any one time, but wait for another reply because im no electrician

stays relevant.
Check the amperage rating on the back of your equipment, and do not exceed it. If you're limited to 15 amps it might be worthwhile to at least upgrade to 20amp or 30amp... or hell if you're going to do it, do it right just throw a 50amp in there.

no.. you can only use 80% of a breaker. so 15 amps your limited to 12amp.. you would need a 20 amp breaker to run both of those. your 1000 is about 9.5amp and the 600 is 3.5 or so that equals no go.

Ya i was thinking new breaker to,i was reading a page here that an electirican wrote for all of us,was pretty cool of him but i dont remember where i found it.

Keep in mind if you double the amperage of the breaker, it is also smart to up the gauge of the wire.
for sure, should have mentioned that thanks.. you more then likely have 14g wire in there. 14g is rated for 15amp, 12g for 20 amps, 10g for 30amps. so if you upgrade breaker be sure to upgrade wire or else major fire

i got 2 600w, 1 400w 20 cfls' @ 100w equiv. on a 15 amp circuit. only pops if i plug in a vacuum. 15 amp is rate at about 2300w. i stay under 2000w for safety. i'd say 15-20% percent margin is minimal. i think you will be just fine with your 1600w's. as long as your breaker and wiring are up to spec.

Your pushing it man. Its only a mater of time before something bad happens.......especially growing weed. Fire, cops, jail....no fun

Hopefully your staggering your light cycles to run 1/2 and 1/2 that way you aint drawing that much power constantly.

It all depend where on the world you are same country use 110 - 120 V other use 220 - 230 V.

And here is the equation go with it:
W = I x V
W = Watt
I = Amp
V = Volt

If you have 220V supply, the answer is 'YES'
, you could use both of you are light setup.

But if you are using 110V power supply, I would not recommend you setup, it is on the MAX. wattage capacity for your particular circuit.

The start up wattage also need to to take into the consideration, when ballistic unit start up, it require 150 - 200% of it stated watt use.

Change to a large circuit breaker are more sensible approach.

been fine for two years, i'm legal, and have multiple cards, so no cops. except the time i got a bike stolen, had em come over for a report and showed em my weed. thy said it smelled real good! no fire either! i haven't been to jail for over a decade, so i'm ok there. no staggering of light, nuthing. i use lots of power and pay my bill on time. i think the power company reaaalllllyyyy likes me.:weed:
