How much limestone do i use?

The only thing I found to raise my ph is limestone pelletized lawnlime so thats what i bought. It is powdered and then formed into pellets so how much of it do i use when adding to water? I have no idea how much to use on 1 plant because the measurements are for 50lbs per 1,000 sq feet, I have about 1 1/2 feet to cover, should i put the pellets on top or mix in water? My ph now is only 4-5, Is there an at home remedy to raise the ph? People at the nursery's i went to acted as if i was the only one in the world who knew what ph was. The only thing they had was this lawnlime.

so how much do i use for 1-2 feet?

I have it down to about 0.05 lbs for 1 foot so how the hell do i measure that out? Any ideas?

For Dolomite lime it's 1 cup per square foot,
1 square foot is roughly 28 litres,
or 1/8 cup per gallon.
It doesn't dissolve in water too well so it's best to mix it in with the soil.

ohhh thanks, i was hoping for an answer lol i ended up just dissolving some in a cup with distilled water, the pellets i have are ground up powdered and then made into pellets so they dissolve right into the water, so checked the ph it was around 8-9 so I poured it over the soil while fertilizing the foliage lightly with mist/ferts at a 6ph. Hopefully it balances out my low ph and if it doesnt get better in the next 3 days im either going to clone the top and hope for the best or replant it. To be honest it does look a little greener already but its only been like an hour or 2 so maybe im just seeing things.
