im new to everything and all this I'm wondering if maybe you guys can tell me how much longer to let my plant stay in the veg stage I have no clue how old she is or anything can someone pls help me maybe tell me how old you guys think she is how much longer into i can start flowering them

Usually I wait til I see preflowers(photoperiod plants) before I put them into flower, will see them around 4-6 weeks veg, that's when I know they are ready to flower. Even if you put into flower they might not flower til they are ready, may take longer to start.
Plants will stretch during flip, sometimes double in size, depending on strain.

Looks early veg ( no lateral branching ) but hard to see zoomed in. Regardless .... run the veg stage for a number of weeks ... plant will become sexually mature around week 5-7 of grow and nay throw some hairs. You can either flip it then or continue vegging out more.
