need way more info and pics. It takes about a week after flipping to 12/12 for the flower count to start so your only about a month in so you got about a month left. Im assuming your plants still have alot of white pistils/hairs, yeah dont harvest until basically all of those become orange and wait another week.

Also looks like you will get"about a pound.
