How often and at what age(s) do you transplant?

Ok, my flower tent has one 600 and one 400 in it. Im thinking about erecting a veg/mother room and throwing a 600 mh and some cfls in there along with one mother and her clones. I currently fit 9 five gallon pots in the flower room so im trying to figure out how big a pot i should start the clones in under the 600 mh and at what time or times i should transplant into bigger pots if that makes sense. Any suggestions? How does your staggered harvest work?

Pretty much it's a waste and doesn't work very well to have a huge pot with a small plant. So you start with a small pot and move to bigger ones as the plant gets bigger. The bigger you need the plant the more pots you go through. IMO you should transplant 1 or 2 times, depending on your needs.
