How often should I feed?

Hi all,

I recently bought some all purpose MG 12-4-8 i believe was the ratio. I am growing in hempy buckets, how often should I feed them? (starting at 1/4 strength)

I feed a weaker than prescribed dose every time I water, but this is partly because I use automatic irrigation. Many prescribe two on, one off. This is what I used before I went auto, and it worked great.

That seems like veg nutes....I vegged for 4 weeks and only fed 1/4 strength once all through veg. I'm also using worm castings...

how long are you gonna veg for?

Yes I'm in veg, plants are about 2 weeks old. I plant to veg til they are 12 inches, however long that may take lol. I recently stunted some of them due to transplant shock, 1 is lost, 2 hopefully salvageable, and 2 are happy. I noticed the two affected the most by transplant shock are still very droopy and very light colored. I transplanted on sunday.

if the discolor continues...give a 1/4 strength/gal.

Yea I'm a stupid noob and transplanted from 16oz cups too early bc I was impatient and I didn't use rockwool cubes so I handled more of the plant longer than I should have probably. Next grow I'm going to use rockwool cubes for easier transplanting.

I use these 8 oz cups..then transplant into a 12" pot.......before i transplant, I give a slight water to the plant to compact the soil.....wait a min then roll the cup between my hands. place stem between my index and middle finger then turn upside down...slides right out and put in another pot.....
