I know that 6L is on the smaller side but it's 6L Super Air Pot. If it was a solid Pot 9 or 11tl would be more adequate I'd presume.
Now the Super Air Pot dries out quite quickly so it needs more frequent watering. Okay, to be honest, this isn't me who is doing the grow but my friend. He isn't internet savvy so I am taking up this issue.
So, I personally think the 6l Super Air Pot is adequate, considering the next size up is 10lt, and they are supposed perform as well as their solid peers which are larger 30-50%, if not double size someone said.
Now he is using Canna Terra range. He was feeding every 4-5 days and watering on between. I personally think it's too frequent. But he said then plants were thirsty.
He said the plants looked lavish and green, straight leaves no discolouration.. But he said the yield was poor, I think like 0.4 per watt. He also said the root ball was small and didn't fill the Pot at all. Which I was very surprised to hear. He was using Sugar Royal, Green Sensation, Super thrive, and GHE Ripen as additives too.
Is it possible there was a salt buildup and that was the reason the roots didn't proliferate?
P.S. He complained the product was not very fragrant nor sticky.
Thanks.
