how soggy is soggy

soil. My soil gets dry in 2 days above and stays moist underneath for days... is this bad? Its all organic "Black Gold" omri cerrtified soil.... i also added perlite to the soil and mixed it before i planted the clones. There is never any runnoff after i water. what do you thjink??

Let your roots grow into it and dont water again until your plants start wilting.
