How Soon Is Too Soon?

how soon can you sex your clones i planted 5 northern light beans and would like to keep the females for mothers i built a mini pc grow box with cfls to sex my clones in.
so my question is how soon is too soon? obviously i would need to wait till they root but could i just root em and sex them? how does that work?

also my pc case is small so any suggestions of what i could put them in i wanna have 2 for each plant..

i was thinking of using plastic double shot shot glasses nd drilling a hole in the bottom for drainage or should i just plant them all in a single pot nd spread them out? i would be killing them immediately after they show so it doesnt really matter i guess..

you can put clones under 12/12 to sex them.
They will also start showing once theyre mature.
