how tall should my plant be before i put into bloom?

Im working with a POGK clone I got 9-7-11. I think it was about 1-2 weeks old when I got it. I have it in a DWC 5-gal setup with 3 airstones and ph=5.5-6.0, res temp=72-76. Im using a CFL light system in my closet. What Im really trying to find out is a) is it ready for bloom?, b)should I top now and make clones?, c) how do you think the overall look of the plant is?Thanks so much for any advice or suggestions u can give.evo 3 027.jpgevo 3 028.jpg

Top it,give it a week and go to 12/12.How much vertical space do you have to work with?

With cfl's i feel one is better off keepin a shorter plant with more tops. That is how i like my plants any way but since you are rockin cfl's it is my suggestion.

She is lookin good.If you can get more light in there go for it.

thats a real nice plant. good work.
depending on how much height u have is when your ready to flower her.
u can top yes, u can super crop the main stem also. super cropping the main stem will give u the same effect as topping without removing the top lead grouths.006.jpg007.jpg
heres how i did mine about 10 days ago.

Mongo make sure you watch that stem. Once there is more weight, it might snap in half and you got a branch with small buds that arent finished laying on the floor.

ill do that. thank u. what do u think about putting a prop under that stem?
it was my first time making that break, and im really impressed on what it is doing. imo so far its way better than topping a plant getting ready for flower.

I generally put my plants into flower when I have at least 4 sets of branches, the main concern is how much light you have,if your plants grow tall your light will not be able to reach the lower branches with the intensity needed to grow good tight bud,and how much room do you have in the flower room,my plants usually double in size in the flower room if that helps you any.good luck

Thanks guys! Well for those of you who wanted room measurements, the room is 4ft tall, 3ft wide and 3ft deep.
then super crop that sexy girl. veg her out for a bit and put her into 12/12 when the plant looks ready.
or keep posting on your thread and people will be very helpful, and guied u through a super grow.

How long ago did you snap that stem Mongo?

I don't think you will have any issue with it getting to heavy and falling.

ferocia...........you have the space...............get some more light.Keep your bulbs as close as possible to your girl to reduce stretch.

I am assuming that after 11 days that branch has all ready "stood up" some ?

You did a good job as i don't even see a break in the stem.

They were snapped after the stretch was over.I had no choice as they were hitting 5 foot after 1 week into 12/12.Cutting would have really hurt my yield at that point so me broke her neck.

For got these 2.....same plant.
