How To a Grow In The Desert!

I have recently just planted 7 seeds in Phoenix. I am using regular soil for indoor plants. I have each seed in a plastic cup a little smaller than a SOLO cup. I cut 4 slits on the side and 4 on the bottom of each cup for air and water drainage. The main thing I need help with is HOW OFTEN AND HOW MUCH DO I WATER EACH SEED/PLANT? The climate is... Well, Phoenix... Very hot and sunny... Please help... All help is very appreciated.
