How to germinate outside in soil?

I just planted 2 seeds outside today in socal. Will they grow ok? Also, the grow area receives almost direct sun sometimes and a lot of partial sun, Is this ok? Also how do you dry/cure. Thank you all!

Yes, of course it'll germinate outside lol

A lot of people will germinate via paper towel method first or germ in a small pot then transplant once the roots begin to outgrow the small pot.

For drying and curing just google it. Good luck :)

No they don't germinate outside. How do you think marijuana bushes have survived in the wild for so long? Obviously they aren't just growing like every other plant, it's little helpers like squirrels and chipmunks that are putting the seeds in between moist paper towels and then planting them after they pop open.

I took a plant home and planted it outside ,shortly afterwards it had lots of babies
sprouting around it.Turns out he reused the soil and a plant had went to seed in it.
