How to Get Members for Collective?

I have a non profit growing collective and the club I grew for closed and I was left with all the patients meds.
I need a sellers permit and a board of equalization paper? (I have a not for profit mutual beneficial collective)
Can you safely advertise on craigslist "Collective seeking new members" ?
Do I start a delivery service?

either you got hustle in you or you don't. make it happen.

I'll have nothing to do with anything on craigslist though. Personally, I like not getting jacked but that's just me...

there are collectives posting on budtrader that they need stuff, but that can be just as bad as craigslist. if you do it be safe!
