How to get rid of aphids?

I posted another thread with pics because I didnt know what type of bugs my girls had. I came to the conclusion that they are aphids. So how do I get rid of them? Dawn dish soap? Sand? If so, how, please, and thanks!

Ladybugs. They are the best and most natural way to deal with aphids. Personally I would never even think about letting my babies touch dish soap, but thats just me.

yea lady bugs is your best option and so is nursery pray mantas.

YAH!!!! Bring on the Praying mantas. Those things are cool as hell. Hell with it, get both of them and have a Party in there. The lady bugs would freak!!!
