How to legally sell some extra plants I have

I have ended up with some extra plants I would like to sell. How do I go about doing this legally? Medical patient to patient.

i would guess that if they had the same perscription/privalliges to marijuana as you then it shouldnt be a problem, but im not 100% sure about that , hope it helps

I'm pretty sure you have to be licensed to sell legally. If you went out selling on your own accord wouldn't you just be a dealer?

craigslist that shit brother thats were i buy all my nice ass clones gotta love cali can pick the best plants just so many growers.

Well Stranger, you didn't tell us what state you are in because that can really make a difference!

IF you are in Calif., and both of you have valid prescriptions, you two can form a "co-op" for two where you both split the growing costs and the plants. :blsmoke: :blsmoke:
