How to make my flowers more potent

Just wondering how to make my flowers give a better smel and taste for the body and mind. Or will that be decided on sativa or indica.I have questions we have answers.

other than just tlc, genetics play the biggest part in smell and taste. i do know if you are growing in soil to use 1 tsp /gallon unsulfured molasses. this will add some sweetness and some density to your buds.. about 25-30% density actually..
