How to Start a PC Grow Box?

I am about to start my first PC grow box. I have the PC, but that is about it. It would extremely helpful if you could just give me a layout for pretty good, but not budget crushing grow box. I would prefer if the materials could just be purchased at Lowe's or Walmart. Thanks ahead of time.

CFL's are going to be your best bet, if you can salvage the old pc fan mount it where the power supply fan was. You can buy an emergency blanket from walmart for around 2 -3 dollars in the camping stuff they are in small box's and hard to find. Line the inside with that and you can use chrome duct tape to hold it in place. Look for the higher kelvin rating for vegging and the lower the kelvin for flowering. I don't use CFLs but I think they sell 6500k or higher CFL's use that for veg and use softwhite bulbs for flower around 3000k I think, if you cant find it use the lowest kelvin rating with the spectrum in the orange area. Also, keep in mind to not pay attention to equivalent wattage look at the actual wattage of the CFL. Hope this helps.

I really don't know much about how to DIY a PC grow box, however I can help you with controlling the smell, you can get these activated carbon filter pads at wall mart, Lowe's, Home Depot etc. and just put them over your exhaust fans, you'll have to change them more often than a regular carbon filter but they do work, check em out: (-->CLICK HERE<--)
