how to take care of generating-seedling question

Hi, I'm newbie so my question is I sprout all of my seed from paper towel method and plant them into the soil with 1/4 deep. ( I water the soil before planting til water run off and let the soil sit half of the day and plant the seed with the root) After that, how should I take care of the seedling that I plant? if the soil dry, should I add a little water on top of the soil's surface area for the seeds that haven't sprouted to keep it moist? Also should I point a small fan to the wall to move the seedling a little bit? Sorry if my english is confusing you. I'm learning both English and growing :)

I insert pics of my first one (3days) that can sprout and the one that haven't sprouted (1day, 4days and 5days.)

As long as the seeds are planted like you described, you should see the seedlings soon, it may take a few days. The moisture in the soil you prepared will be enough.
