how to tell what cob to use

Need help with what cob to buy, I'm looking at these CXB3070 is USD28 for all bins in stock, 4000k in BD, 3000k in AD, 3500k in BB, 5000k in BD
CXB3590 is USD42.45 ea 3000k in BD, 4000k in DB, 3500k in CD, 5000k in DB, 6500k in DB, wondering what is most efficient light to buy for my 3x3 area , and if there are other options of cxb I should use pls list tell me:)

For veg, 5000k is a good choice. For flower, 3000,3500, or 4000k have all proven successful. If you'd like a light that does BOTH, many people have seen great results using 3500 or 4000k for the entire run. 3070's are a little less productive as far as lumen output compared to the 3590's.

Ok thanks man, would It be more cost efficient on startup costs going for the 3070's since they are almost 15 dollars cheaper per cob and I would love to put 8-9 a 3x3area

put 3070 at desired bin in one and 3590 in the other, and compare lumens and lumens per watt a various currents/wattages you want to run

youre looking for lumens per dollar and lumens per watt for a given setup as well (efficency pays for itself over time
