how to transfer the plant from small rockwool to large one ?

When and how to tranfer the plant from a rockwool to a larger one. I am also using Jiffy pallets, so how can i transfer that into a large rockwool? and should I peal off the tissue around the jiffy pallets? cheers

cut a hole in the big rockwool that is the size of the smaller rockwool(which the plant is in). then just put the small rockwool piece in that hole, keep it moist, and roots will grow into the big one and hold them together

Jiffy pellets - do the same just put them into the hole on the bigger cube.
