How will I know when clone roots?

Need more info. And pics if you have them. How old is the plant? What stage is it in? What medium are u using for rooting? What strain?

unknown strain but not bagseed...from grower pal...i used CloneX rooting gel and its in soil with a humidity dome over it...clone took from healthiest plant at 4 weeks veg

im just wondering...assuming the conditions are right...what would be a sign that the roots were established...i dont really need it tailored to my circumstance specifically
