wont notice the floros with a 400W on.
If ya got the 400W hps, use that. They *might* get a little stretchy from less blue range. If the elec bill is concern, use the floro for veg.

yea the HPS is more of a flower bulb than veg but a combo of both will do u good but IMO use the fluros for the first week than switch to HPS
