Huge new growroom!

Would a 747 CFM Vortex Powerfan pulling air from the growroom and pushing it through a carbon filter be sufficient ventilation for a 12x12x8 room?

This is not including intake, of course.

12 x 12 x 8 / 747 cfm = 1.5 mins to clear the air or recirculate the air within that growing space. So the 747 cfm would be more than adequate for that space.
