Strictly my opinion. Mental freedom has its good and bad, it leads to an individual personality that can express itself through creative means but it can also lead to great evils such as murder, rape, torture and acts of terrorism. But if you mean mental freedom as in it frees you from all the mind made suffering that humanity suffers than yes you are spot on bro.
I think mental control has mental freedom beat when it comes to that. I mean......that's not even philosophy it's a fact. We have numbers and stats.

The love of which I speak cannot be attained by thinking, as long as you try to find it there you will be lost. The love of which I speak is not a difficult thing, it is a very light and easy thing, in fact you already have it, it's just being covered up by the noise in your mind, conditioned thought. I have no interest in being religious or enlightened, this is not about me it is about you. Think of me as the captain of a sinking ship; I have already decided to go down with the ship but before she sinks I will try to get as many people as possible into the lifeboats. If you want true Eternal Peace, Bliss and Love then I can help you with that. Let me ask you a question; if you knew the ship was sinking would you just stand there in silence? Sure people can learn to love on their own but it is a dark path that leads the way; I have a light and have already traveled the path so I could definitely save you some time.
