I have a space 16L x 8W x8H. I have a 12k BTU air conditioner thru wall and a 45 pint dehumid running 24-7. I can't get RH below 68%. Dehumid is on the floor. AC is up high. Lots of oscillating fans going. Can Filter is not vented out just scrubbing and dumping back into room. Any advice?
