Hydrohut into Black Hole?

I can afford to purchase one fan for my ventilation needs. I am operating with a HydroHut Mini, 400W HPS. The ambient temperature in the room is typically under 75 degrees.

I am conflicted. A 4" exhaust fan would likely suit my needs at this point. Would it allow for upgrade, however, to say a 600W system?

Besides the additional cost of the 6", including duct reducers, I am wondering if the hut (~75 cubic feet, I believe) can handle a 440 CFM machine. I'm not sure if such overkill would collapse the walls.

Will the 4" prove satisfactory, or will I always think of the 6" that got away?

I have this Homebox buy-the-homebox.com - universal indoor grow box kit and i have a 6" duct fan with a carbon filter and it work great. I also have a 3 speed fan switch wired up to it. This gives me 3 different cfm settings and i can run it on a lower speed for quieter operation. I also have a 400w hps.

I have the mini and use a 6in inline duct fan myself.
This model in particular

TD-Mixvent Series Multi-Purpose Inline 6" Duct Fan (218 - 293 CFM) :: Industrial Fans Direct (I didn't buy it here)

Had to cut out the 4 inch holes that come standard with the mini though.

To add, they have 6in brackets for it. I would use that over a 6-4in reducer. And it sucks the walls in a slight bit, but doesn't seem to be a problem.

My buddy has a 3 x 3 x 6.5 Home box with a 400 watt HPS and a 440 cfm in line fan. It has a cool glass reflector and it maintains a 75 - 76 degree temperature. But I would guess that it would be borderline too hot if he upgraded to a 600 Watt. I would definitely err on the big side in getting a fan. You can always buy "The Speedster" to control fan speed.
