hydroponic Problems (help)

Hello can any one help me , i have a 8 pot wilma kit and have 8 plants growing at the moment under one 600w light. They have been growing for about a month and there still really small and some of the leaves are going crispy on the end and sides . it cant be the light because its quite far from the plants they are growing in coco soil with some b.cuzz coco nutrition . I have the pump on a timer for twice a day 10 min at a time. i have a carbon filter on but i have no fans in the room yet . I also have 1 plant growing in soil witch i water my self it was planted at the same time as the other 8 in the wilma but is much much bigger i just cant understand why???? have a look at the photos . thanks

The coco does look to be very dry on top but can you give us some more info on your feeding schedule?

I dont know how much they are getting for each feed but I would suggest feeding more than twice a day. I feed 3 times a day with my system but I know of others with a similar system to yours and they water 4 times a day. It is very hard to overwater your plants in coco so dont be scared to give them more.

Have you flushed or flooded the coco at all? They should get a good flooding once a week to prevent salt build up.

What is your ph and ppm levels?

i would agree feed atleast 3 times a day once in flower bump it to 4. Its not heat or light burn that would start on the top closes to the light. but they look pretty happy other than thirsty
