I do believe it is a cultural thing though. I believe that the number of sick assholes who want to do that are probably the same the world over, but depending on their culture they are either more or less prone to act out on it.

Again, problem with many of you is that you see things in black and white.
Now I am a good looking guy. God blessed me with good lucks, perfect teeth, a nice height. The shit I got away with in my youth just based on my looks. Now if an ugly fat guy did the same thing women would call him creepy. Sadly for the ugly guy most of his advances are probably going to be unwanted, but you never know, if he takes his shot he may score. He's a brave guy to take that shot. I don't consider him a creep.
