I am pretty happy how my plant training is turning out.

As a new grower I am/was pretty worried about doing any sort of training to my plants, worried I would mess it up.
I think I did well with just generally leaving them alone. I did some training, but nothing that ever felt intense. First I Fimmed them, abit late actually. Then all I did was toss a screen over the top to continually tuck the heads down. I know it’s not a true scrog but I saw huge benefits from my short use of it.

Im surprised how the rest of the plant caught up, and I ended up with a nice set of bushy plants.

What do you guys normally do to your plants training wise? All natural with minimal pruning or full out mainlining and defoliating? I want to hear your favorite methods82A26102-9590-43A6-AF9A-D6E3929CFA54.jpeg

I bend mine over and kind of crush the stem to make it weak in one spot. I try not to have a total snap, then you have to put a splint on it.

But I give mine a 1/4 turn every day. Use to have a side light. Saw a 4' 5k lumen LED florescent fixture for $20. Thinking of getting two and putting then vertically on the ends of the flower room.
