omg. i never been in such luck! so after party and a lot of weed i ordered taxi. now im standing on the street waiting for my taxi. there is a lot of taxi on the street riding but i decided to wait for what i ordered. it wouldnt be good to screw up people i thought.

so anyway. were almost at my home & then he tooks out ipod nano 8gb 3g and says look what i got. someone couldnt pay for ride and offered him this ipod.

and he asks .. hey, how much does it cost? i said ~$150 new.. maybe ~$60 used.. i really dont know. he asks do i like it. i said yes, but i have only $40 on me. .. he asks do i have $50 but i didnt had such money. hes like "OK", take it for $25, i have CD player, good soundbuffers and he doesnt listen to these little players. and he said he wont earn money with that thing, money i guess is more important fot him

and hey, i got a ipod for $25 tonight! :)

You have to knowingly receive stolen property, or it's not a crime. :lol:

Proving someone had knowledge is very, very, very difficult.

sorry, i was too stoned yesterday to write logical sentences. PS english isnt my first language.


why do you guys think it was stolen!? he called his friends all the way down to find out cost of this ipod. if it was stolen or smth he would know its cost.
