So why is it when people do LED vs HID grows to compare the difference they don't use the same wattage? Look i know the advertisers and sellers say a little 90 watt ufo compares to bigger HID's but that's just marketing. What i want to see is someone using say a 400 watt HPS and actually use 400 watts of LED's. I mean wouldn't that be a more accurate comparison? It seems stupid to compare them and use half the wattage in LED's just because the people trying to sell them say they are equivalent to higher wattage HID's. Why are people so gullible lmao, if you actually believed this when you saw it im very sorry but you just are not that smart. Now some might say what's the point of LED's if you have to use the same wattage as HID.. Well that's simple, heat (which tons of people have problems with), you may not be saving in electric like they say but if you take away all the high powered fans and air conditioners needed to cool off those HID's your still saving a little bit.. Some of those fans use over 100 watts and most air conditioners use over 500 to 1000 watts. I guess my main point is all these stupid grows that compare LED's vs HID mean nothing if you don't use the same amount of watts. Just my 2 cents. Later.
