I Feel Like I've tried EVERYTHING still too hot! Indoor Grow Set up!

I have clones of Power Kush, Alaskan Ice, & Moby Dick. Under a 400w HPS it's an old school light and ballast as you can tell they are connected. I have a fan blowing directly on the ballast, and I have a 4" high velocity outline fan, that is pictured, with 2 ducts for intake but no fan in those. Also a fan on the inside to keep a current. With the door open the temp. stays around 87-93 degrees anywhere inbetween there depending on the temp. of my room. If I shut the door it jumps to 98-105 degrees. Any ideas on how to cool this hot box down!? Only other solution I can think of is 2 more inline fans??? would this help? :wall: all constructive criticizim is welcome! THANKS :peace:

(Pictures of my box from different angles are supplied and a shot of my fans.)

take the hose that you have sucking air from the box and attach it to the light hood somehow. That way it still sucks air from the box but it sucks it through the light reflector.

Edit: or just use a lower wattage light. Them plants are pretty small and probably dont need that 400. Well at least until you can get your temps under control

I see a fan blowing on the ballast & 1 blowing in the box but do you have any sucking air out of the box?
