So I got me a scope to check out my trichs finally and I have been watching them for a bit now, perhaps I am doing something wrong but with few exceptions the only thing I ever really witness is the MILKY and CLEAR with an occasional amber.
You see I do a perpetual grow so I have my plants in many different phases of growth, when I look at the trichomes of a plant 30 days in flower....I see mostly milky some clear...when I look at a plant 11 weeks in flower...I see......mostly milky and some clear...12 weeks same thing, 7 weeks same thing, 6 weeks same shit.
If you ask me looking at trichomes seems like almost a waste of time and it makes me scratch my head when I read over and over articles which put great emphasis on the trichomes, I feel like trichomes are a very small part of the puzzle when you are determining ripeness. Am I wrong or right? whats your take?
