I got azamax for prevention of insects but i was wondering how to use it?

I got a spray bottle that is 32 Fl. Oz. but i was wondering how much i shoud azamax i should use n how much water to add to it?

.4% .6% .8%
0.5fl. oz 0.8fl. oz. 1.0fl. oz.

My bad im talking the concentrate. I've never heard of azamax in a spray bottle but if so it sounds like its ready to use directly. Test on a small leaf or two and wait 24 hrs for burning etc. If no side effects cover the tops and bottoms of all leaves of the plants/drench the soil. Both methods work. Also I've heard insects build tolerance to this quickly so only apply a few times...
