Has anyone ever harvested 1.5lb's per plant? I'm going to veg my plant's for 3 month's then flower for another 2. I'm quite sure I can harvest 1.5lb's per plant. I'm growing 40 plant's using 2-1000 watt hid/mh(reverable) lights, mylar, temp/humidity/co2 controller, fox farm soil and nutrients, fan ect... The marijuana seeds im using are from a seedbank and each strain yield between 600-850 m2. Now whats the big deal? With this set up and time length how could you not yeild 1.5lb's?:roll:

well, thats 1.4 kilo.....lot of weed from one plant dude..... it can happen, but very hard and with lots of cares for it....try PPP or Arjans Ultra haze 2 and send me a pm if u post a journal ;)

It sounds good yeah,but I think you are expecting quite a large amount off every single plant.How much space do you have to veg 40 plants for 3 months? You are going to have a freaking jungle,but honestly I wish you well good luck.:joint:

Are you looking for 40 plants x 1.5 lbs? or 20 x 1.5 lbs? lol... You can't get 30 lbs off of 2000 watts of light, even if it is HPS.

I have a entire basement so like 12x12 and my ceiling is about 10 feet.

well, actualy the post above is very true...... but u can grow VERY BIG PLANTS if u have the equipment and the knowledge

If you've never tried it then how can you assume what someone else can't do? 2-1000 watt hid is more than enough.

We'll I could add another 2-1000 watt hid and give the plants 10,700 lumens instead of 5,350 per square inch. Which is more light than the sun gives. I bet this would really yield me close to 2lb's per plant!

But I think this is too much light for only 40 plants.

I would say it's fairly aggrevating to ask a question and then dissagree with or contest the answers. Just saying if you want the opinion of experienced growers you shouldn't insult them by arguing with their advice.

P.S. I don't know what your experience is, just my $0.02.

experienced growers get around .5 to .75 grams per watt. You really need to read up on the grow FAQ, because it's obvious you have no idea what you're doing!! I agree with James Bond, you ask for advice but then act like you know more than everyone, it's pretty obnoxious.
