I have a new lights and my seedlings are turning right

Basically the stem on the one inch seedling that has sprouted is turning completely 90° to the right side of the pot this is the second time I had a Seedling do this to me in the past 2 weeks with this new life I have a Mars Hydro 1000 and I have a spider Farm 1000 my guess is the lightest too strong or not strong enough I only have them turned up about halfway my humidity is 68 but I just watered yesterday and my temperature is a steady 78 to 75 degrees

Do you have a fan blowing on them?
Me thinks the fan is blowing them over and they're bending back up.
I don't start seedlings with LEDs. Well that's a lie. Theyre t5 led conversion bulbs. I'm a fraud

Yeah you're right I had a fan blowing on it but I have a rotating fan blowing on the wall not on the plains but I do have a small office fan blowing across the tent u rite thansk that gotta be it

Sorry to necropost but I have seedlings with a very similar issue - stretching and leaning, but otherwise still growing.

@Nastnap129 did your seedlings ever recover from this?

how dare you necropost, my whole week has now been ruined and it hasn't even started yet.

The simplest fix besides hoping they don't fall over is, imo, a pipe cleaner. Place in pot, bend to needs and use to prop up seedling. I did this with 2 of mine again this round and they are straight up right after. As mentioned, light level was a bit low which causes that. It's a delicate balance...the time they might fry is RIGHT after germination, say the first 24 to 48 hours. After that you can increase light levels until you see them NOT stretching up quickly anymore.
