I have a TON of hairs growing... why?

I'm running Serious seeds chronic, and some Red Dragon. I was planning to take clones from both plants. I noticed some pre-flowers on the chronic the other day no biggie. Today I look at it and it looks like it's full blown flowering....

Either attitude mixed in some auto flowers in my bag, or this plant is pre-flowering like a mofo. I'm just running CFLs right now, 24/7, and about 4 weeks old. I did order some auto flowers with this order, but never opened any of those to even mix them up myself.

Anyone had just tons, and tons of pre-flowers before???

I'm not an auto expert by any means, but 4 weeks old is in the ballpark of when an auto would start pumping out pistils... Hopefully someone with a bit of experience with autos can chime in here. Can you post up a picture?

yep sounds like a auto flower sucks attitude would mix them i order from them often and thats never happened to me well on the bright side you will have some smoke soon than you planned :)

Post a pic and we'll know for sure. Most likely it's just preflowers. I've seen a few plants with some crazy amount of early sexed features. Most auto strains stay pretty small. If your plants fairly small and show a good deal of female sex features (i.e more than 2-4 hairs on a node) then it's most likely an autoflowering strain. I'd be kind of pissed if I were you. You can't clone autoflowering strains and they're typically kind of on the weaker side.

Yeah, I've been growing these for a while not really keeping track of time because they were going to be mothers for later... I really think this is an auto that got mixed up. I'll post a pic in a bit, but it looks like tons of bud sites are forming now.

This is why I normally get the breeder packs, so shit like this doesn't happen. A $20 seed that I have no idea what it is...

but um im haven the same problem and i got mine in breeder package from SS

i read sumwere that chronic has huge preflowers. so maby that explains it

but im haven resin production and everything on the leaves

wy is this strain doen this , iv had mothere in 24 for about 3 months under 320 watt furos

I found a thread that said people were having problems with Serious Seeds Fem seeds autoing on them. So I should clarify that I believe it WAS in fact SS chronic, but the seed autod on me due to unstable genes. I bought another pack and found a real nice pheno though...

There's rumor & conjecture on the genetic breeding where even in you find a 'keeper', as she continues down the progression of cut generations, they will eventually all autoflower... all the subsequent cuts that is.

Don't know for sure, but I have seen this happen from several seed packs run by different peeps, from differing companies/breeders, so...???

Or just stop masturbating the colas! ;-)

No, it was straight up auto flowering. They have problems with this strain it seems. I found a thread that was saying the same shit, but it was hard to find. Lots of other people were saying it happened to them...

well thats good to hear, i still hav 5 seeds left im starten them along with 5 durga mata and 5 AKxNL. i hope i get a stable pheno this time , i plan on keeping 1 mother of all 3 kinds just in case though

i just dont know wut to do with the 60 sum clones and 4 mothers that all auto flowered. the clones r starting to root. but i doubt they will veg. and the mothers i might put under 12/12 but i just hacked 2 3rds of ther size down to take the clones 2 weeks ago

and i dunno but i the mothers r only 4 moths old from seed. and b4 this strain i did cinderella 99. kept mums for 2 full years no hermies or outoflowering at all

1st is a pic of the clone. i pulled it up to look and roots r just starting to form bumps on stem . been 2 weeks since cutt


second is the mother i just chopped to hell to take all clones

what u guys thing? r the mothers even worth puting in 12 at this point?

Im flowering serous seeds cronic now.
It took 3 weeks of 12/12 to get flowers (slow to flower at first but she came on storng later)
There were no preflowers with 6 weeks Veg when I flowerd her.
