I have an Apogge SQ-120 sensor connected to a multimeter, and I kinda understand what PAR and PPFD mean, to a degree....
All I want to do is to know if I’m giving my plants too much or too little light!
So, if I set the multimeter to the 2000mv scale and hold the sensor at the canopy and the reading is something like 88.4, does that mean 442 PAR? If so, what range of PAR levels should I be looking for veg and bloom?
