last night I noticed that one of my plants have mold in the top layer of soil. will that mess my plants up? is there anything I can do? I just started the flower prosses aweek ago today and there's no buds yet.
I have one plant in my grow room that has mold in it.

Turn on a fan! You have much to much humidity in the room, do you have a humidity gauge? I suggest transplant into fresh soil asap, or that mold will spread right to those fresh buds. It will take a couple weeks to show buds, or faster depending on the nutrients and light power you have going on. I use open sesame, its a fox farm product and it works really well. Oh also check the ph of your soil, maybe to high.

The guy above me says it all. That mold is very bad. Get some of the humidity out. Boric acid will lower humidity.

I had some mold in the top of the soil after applying some guano, but it didn't spread to the plants. Water less

Thanx for the info about boric acid. My dehu keeps filling up and the humitity is still at 50. Will the mold spred to the other plants? I put the moldy one outside. I don't see any mold in the other pots.
whats the temp in your grow room? I would check the temp of the soil, it maybe be a little high. No the mold SHOULDNT spread, but if you irratated the mold on the other plant it could have released spores that can float and spread on whatever it lands on if the conditions are right.
