I need advice on flushing

I got a plant from a buddy that had been In flower for a week supposedly and it is a 9 week strain im just finishing week 8 and its dropping water leaves like crazy ive already been flushing for two weeks because I got off schedule from him and not knowing it was a 9 week flower, would it hurt to keep going that last week if I have already been flushing for two? just wanna know if u can over flush it

IMA that is a long time to flush. You may be dropping fans b/c of a deficiency from flushing too early. Just a guess. I would just water with R/O for the last few. I like to let My soil dry up totally right before harvest. It helps w/ drying.
