I Need An Electrician: Reward Offered

ok, here's the deal; i've found what i think are three 1kw hps magnetic ballasts. no case, just a circuit card, cap, ignitor (i think) and two transformers. one transformer looks like a 175-250w, the other is big. very big, much bigger than my 400w (pix will include comparison shot).

so, i need help figure out what these are, and how to rewire, if they are light ballasts. if someone can help me identify and fix up two of them, the third is thiers .
