i need help!!

my plant is two months old ish and indoors in a grow box i have. the leaves are curling with what looks like no effect on the plant. it doesnt seem to be hurting it, they just curl. im assuming heat stress cause the box is pretty warm, but there is no way for me to change the temperature. is there anything i can do to the plants to help them?? like spraying them with cold mist?? or anything else?? and also i think i might have a spider mite problem on my hand. and i read i should do a 1:3 proportion of water and alcohol to spray on the plant to kill the mites. how do i do this proportion? i have no clue and i cant figure it out. i appreciate any help

heat problem... add a vent fan to blow the hotter air out of your grow box.
if your leaves are curling upwards.. then yes it's heat. Your plant is respiring, to cool off.
if your leaves are curling downward could be either over/under watering.. hard to tell without pics.

and LadyKimi is dead on how to do the 1:3 mix... but don't spray alcohol and water on your plants.. who told you to do that? Smack them in the head for me- please- for trying to kill your plants.
look into neem oil

take it easy -and do some research before you do anything people tell you to do on here... half of it's bullshit, and the other half isn't accurate most of the time.. experience will teach you a ton too.

Good luck man!
