I see fine lines of what appears to be web???

I notice a few very fine white lines at top of some leaves that look like spider web? Ready to treat before I have issues. What can I do that wont have me buying another product? I read that a teaspoon of dish soap mixed with 4 cups water can be fed foilar? Anything I can make cheap thats more effective?

Half a white onion 4 cups of water, blend it, strain out the pulp put into a spray bottle. Make sure to spray the underside of the leaves as well.

I know it sucks but some neem concentrate is pretty cheap and it will last a very long time ..........just think about what your crop is worth to you before you decide to not spend a few bucks to fix your problem ........ether way good luck hope you figure it out
