i think i funked up

i recently found spider mites . i was reading that you can trim leaves to provide light to lower half. so i trimed leave to provide the light and get rid of the pesky mites. i might have got a little overboard they just dont look as full any more. 9 days in to flowering. any suggestions. please tell me i did not screw up royally.

there is no picture there. cutting the leaves will not get rid of the mites. just put it back in veg
