I think I had some light burn?

So I have a 400w platinum led...I wish I would have done more research before I bought it but I think I had it too close at the beginning so I have moved it away and the plants are going very good but still have some brown spots and one leaf on one plant has some holes. Some pictures if anyone has any input please

If it has UV and IR and your plant is a seedling or young veg, that's why.

I eliminated three Blue Dream seedlings in only 2 days trying to switch them with my older one to flower. Lesson learned.

This is today both are feminized white widow from Nirvana seeds and I have done the exact same thing with both but the look like this??? Any suggestions
