I think my outdoor plants have aphids-HELP

Hello everyone I need some help. I am new to growing this is my first time. I have about 5 females (out of luck may I add) on my balcony. They are outside plants, and the maintenance has been pretty low so far. I recently am running into a problem. First I thought my dog was eating my plants but last night I saw a few critters on one of my girls, then I noticed the leaves have small holes and or white spots on them. I did some research and I don't think it's spider mites, by the look of the critters. Their is one critter that looks like a tiny white spot on the leave but this one flies. The other critter I saw looks like a tiny piece of bark, I am not sure if it flies but it does walk it has spinny legs that of an ant. Guys I don't want my grils to get sick they are planted in pots and have not given me any problmes as of yet. I am looking for I suppose some type of organic bug killer that won't harm them. Please advise. Thanks so much for time in reading my problem.
