Hi, this is my first time and I think my plants are dieing after one week...for the first week they looked great and healthy now the ends on the of the leaves looked maybe dried out and a little brown and on one plant when I woke up today the leafs was completely shriveled. I have them in a36x20x62 grow tent, a 56 watt red, white and blue led light, my PH is at 6.0, humidity is between 35 and 45 and temperature is between 85-92. I have a 6" fan that doesn't blow directly on the plants put a nice blowing wind, I'm using flora series nutrients. I'm using a 6" booster fan as an outtake and I have two vents for intake (there doesn't seem to be loss of air in the tent) I do have two setups going in there one hydroponics with a setup of 4 plants and 4 soil plants...two of the plants in the hydroponics setup is doing fine and one has yellow ends and doesn't seem to be growing anymore, the bottom of it grew in a twisty way but the yellow and twisting issue started before I planted it in the system and I'm still waiting for one more seed to germinate. for the first week I had the timer set for 12 hours on and 12 hours off...last night I set it for 20 hours on and 4 hours off...There is'nt much you can see in the pictures due to a poor quality camera....

Can't view your pictures for some reason but your description is thorough. Have you ph tested your runoff. It appears your problem is a overabundance of nutirents that is causing a salt lock therefore stunting your growth. If that is the case you have to leech your plant, replensih the nutrients with a mild concoction. If you remedy it early enough you should be able to reverse it. I am referring to the plants in soil because nutrient lockouts dont occur in hydro as much as they can possibly occur in soil.

You need to repost those pictures.

One issue I am seeing though is the 12/12. Generally unless you are trying to flower your ladies you don't want them on that light schedule. 20/4 is fine but you didn't need to do such a big jump from 12/12. Thats another issue, it may stress the plant when lighting keeps changing. How close do you have the seedling to the light? I haven't used any type of hydro system so I can't comment on that. But I know that in soil you generally won't give them any food for the first couple weeks depending on the quality of the soil and amount of nutes already available in it. If its shriveling my guess would be its drying out and may be too close to the light. Seedlings don't need a lot of light at first.

These are just some thoughts, it could be different things but without a picture its hard to tell.

there twisting and dying because you shocked them by switching from 12/12 to 20/4 you cant flower for one week then start vegging again without putting your plants in massive shock. your fucked unless you can baby the shit out of your plants for few weeks till they make recovery.. for future reference veg comes first with 18/6 20/4 24/0 all these lights on lights off time wil work i prefer 18/6. only switch to 12/12 when your ready to flower and dont change your mind few days in ha. your light switch is without a doubt the reason why u are fucked

the light is about 3 1/2' away, about a foot down from the top of the tent...it's sound like it's a combination of the light time change and and the nutrients at this point...not sure if I can save them I may have to restart...Thank you for you help...I did repost the picture but not sure if the are viewable I'm probably do something wrong their also...lol

to be honest i think if you have burnt such young seedlings they probably will end up runts...grow them out this time and try and learn as much as you can about growing before trying again...theres alot of info on youtube.
