I want couch lock buds

Am I wrong to assume that if I let my trichomes go 75% to 85% Amber that I would get that stupid couch lock high that I'm looking for? I understand that I would be losing THC content but my question is will it get me that super-heavy high if I let all the trichomes go Amber?

Basically. But it’s more dependant on strain if u want a deep relaxing high

Growing some nine pound Hammer she's nice and Frosty but I want that super-heavy high that I used to get when I was a teenager and I'm hoping that all the Amber trichomes get me there

I've done that with strains that I found were a little light on the high and it definitely has a more sleepy affect but for proper couch lock you want 90-100% indica.

I'm growing Motivation by Serious Seeds, I picked it for it's couch lock properties.

Going amber will help but it's really strain dependant.
