If you're referring to C99 as the "Holy Grail" (as it's was called by its breeder), Mosca's is an okay choice.
I have heard that Joey Weed has the best C99 going, his seeds are available through Hemp Depot.
Female Seeds is also supposed to have a decent C99 as well.
